Shipping:
Shipping costs are TBD: it depends on the address you want the print to arrive at. The print is sent from the North of France.
Discount code:
You can enter the discount code when filling your order. The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
What happens when you request to order:
I receive your order with the address to send it to. I then send you the precise shipping costs with the total to pay, the link for payment, and the delivery time. You confirm your order by paying. Once it is paid, I send the print.
You have 14 days to return the product. The payment will be fully refunded once I receive the product back.
If the product arrives damaged, proof can be sent to hello@jwnuances.com and either a refund or new item will be sent to the client according to their wish.
