Story:
This painting was made in an intense moment. I felt like the hopes I had allowed to grow back this year were being taken away from me. Destroyed by countless small moments, behaviours, and comments. And each coming back to my mind while painting felt like another cut through my heart. So, I cut the painting. Once a bright and happy illustration, now covered with the heaviness of those feelings.
